Tip 1: Test before installation
During testing, do not remove the protective film or labels. Be mindful of static electricity.
Before attempting any repairs, be sure to ground yourself with an ESD (electrostatic discharge) wrist strap. This will prevent static electricity from damaging the phone's electronic components.
Be sure to wear eye protection and be careful not to cut your fingers on glass shards.
Tip 2: Simulate a test
Screen replacements are very fragile. We strongly recommend performing a test before installation. To simulate a test, disassemble the mobile phone (motherboard + LCD or screen), connect the audio cable and the new replacement screen, power it on, and complete the test. If the test is successful, install it. If it does not display, contact us immediately. Do not force the installation on the mobile phone. Make sure not to over-bend the LCD cable. A bend greater than 90 degrees will result in a black screen.
